قول قولنج قوم


قُوْلَنْجٌ

قُوْلَنْجٌ, (Mṣb,* Ḳ,) with fet-ḥ to the ل, (Mṣb,) and sometimes قَوْلِنْجٌ, with kesr to the ل, or thus and قُولِنْجٌ, i. e. with kesr to the ل and with fet-ḥ and damm to the ق, (Ḳ,) a foreign word, (TA,) [from the Greek κωλικὸς The colic;] a certain painful intestinal disease, in which the egress of the feces and wind is attended with difficulty; (Ḳ;) a violent griping in the intestine called the colon. (Mṣb.)
